As soon as you walk in the staff ask if they can assist you or point you in the direction of what your after.
They are not "In Your Face" though, just helpful.
I was in there yesterday, found one of three items I was after. I mentioned this to the checkout lass who knew where the other items were. She called over a relief lass and took me straight to the items.
I was impressed (cheap as chips too).
