  I’ve been going to this Bunnings for quite some time and have always been happy with the service I received. But 6 months ago a had an employee offer me some help her name was Christy-Lee she didn’t know the answer to my question but she went above and beyond and bent over back wards to make sure I got the help I needed. Recently I’ve gone back and as an avid gardener I always go to the garden section and to greet me was the ever smiling Christy-Lee. I can’t believe she remembered myself and my husband and offered assistance immediately. This young lady is incredible at her job and whoever made the decision to employ her definitely needs a pat on the back. She’s always ready and willing to help no matter how busy she is and her knowledge on plants it’s amazing, Christy Lee you are a superstar and thank you for always helping. So happy your in the plant section you can truly see how passionate you are with your job and making sure every customer has a great experience whilst shopping there. We will be back and back many more times. Well done Bunnings give this girl a pay rise because she is an excellent team member

  As always the staff.....when you can find them were very helpful and very knowledgeable. One staff member (new to bunnings by a day)didn't know the answer to my question so called someone who was able to help. I do wish bunnings would employ more staff at times

  The blond/ white haired lady who served us at the tool centre was rude and sarcastic. She is unfit to be in customer service from start to finish it was the worst interaction I've ever had. We couldn't scan a giftcard so when she asked me to read out the barcode letters i did using phonetic alphabet to which she said "you can stop telling me in words I know the alphabet' and then ended the interaction with a sarcastic "thanks for making this so easy". Jeff was next to her watched her poor customer service and said nothing. Truly nasty and antagonist from when we said hello how are you.

  This store is s so annoying trying to buy a swing for my grandson other lady was no help whatsoever walk-off left us with a swing on the top-shelf where we couldn't get it ended up for the young man in the barbecue section helped us, lady was just plain rude didn't want to be there did wanna help,, great to see the staff enjoying there day standing round talking to each other had to literally go out of my way to get round them ,, nothing like the other store
